www.dressease.com This site has only four shoes, but they accommodate AFO's and orthotics and are available in different colors. And some of the retailers are in NYC!

www.mephisto.com A wide selection of well-made shoes to choose from. Most are casual walking shoes and ankle-high hiking boots. A bit on the expensive side, yet not as expensive as orthotics.
